J'ai obtenu un très bon service de la part de vos membres. J'ai reçu les cartouches. Cependant la cartouche jaune surtout n'était pas acceptée par l'imprimante.
Tel que convenu et selon votre politique, je les ai retournées et un crédit m'a été donné. Depuis j'ai dû changer mon imprimante.
