When will my order ship?
We usually ship all our orders the same or next business day. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay. On average your order will be shipped the same business day. Please note that an order placed on Friday after 01:00 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped on Monday as we do not ship on non-business days.
How long will it take after my order ships?
Ground Shipping may take from 3 to 6 business days. All our orders are shipped from our Montreal, Quebec , Missausaga , Ontario , Vancouver , BC / in USA ( New York , Houston, Los Angeles , Dallas , Atlanta , Fort Lauderdale warehouses.
How do I get my order tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each shipped order are automatically e-mailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can check at www.inktonershop.com your order status.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number does not display any info after 1 - 2 days, please call the courier. If you do not get an answer, we will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the courier company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the courier company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the courier company.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), e-mail our customer service for an order status at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly on our 24 hours toll free : (855) 786-1570.
Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of filters we have, to make the process faster for customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. Canada Toner will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will be allowed to return the duplicate shipment with full refund less the shipping charges if any.
Missing Items and Shipping Claims
Ink Toner Shop will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping address.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
We keep in mind the safety of your packages with regards to weight and size. In some occasions we ship from another warehouse.
Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped, the courier company may route the package onto another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the courier company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within Canada & USA
Can you send my order COD?
Due to high costs associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD
